On Wednesday, the 35-year-old reality star unveiled her two-year-old daughter True Thompson's first ever sponsored post, as the pair teamed up to promote Pampers on her Instagram Stories, in a series of adorable snaps.
However, also on display was Khloé's striking appearance, as she once again looked noticeably different, which could have been down to her newly 'bronde' hair styled into a very high ponytail.
The well-lit photographs showed Khloé beaming with pride, while others showed True - who she shares with ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson - playing around with the diaper boxes.
'I never thought I would be such a stage mom but goodness my girl is cute!' Khloé captioned the sponsored post. 'I'm obsessed with her and she's obsessed with her pampers!'
The mother-of-one has received quite a lot of attention over her Instagram posts lately, as fans have been shocked at her looking almost unrecognizable.
Khloé has certainly had a sense of humour about it at least, after clapping back to fans who have questioned her new look.
'Why do you look so different in all your photos?' one fan asked recently, with Khloe hitting back: 'My weekly face transplant clearly.'
