Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez view a $70k a month beachside property as they go househunting for a summer home in Malibu

Jennifer Lopez and fiancé Alex Rodriguez were pictured checking out a $70k a month beachside property in Malibu on Sunday. 

The couple are looking for a summer house to rent in the area, after being quarantined in Miami during the coronavirus pandemic.  

The A-list couple matched in all black and white sneakers for the outing to view the property. 

She noted: 'You just have to kind of wait and see how this all plays out…I’m a little heartbroken because we did have some great plans but I'm also like, you know what, God has a bigger plan, so we just have to wait and see.' 

On Thursday, the couple surprised Lopez's son with a puppy.  

'We surprised Max yesterday with a new puppy, a Goldendoodle. So cute, but there’s one thing left to decide ... his name!' A-Rod captioned an Instagram post with his future bride and her children Emme and Max, both 12, who she shares with Marc Anthony. 

JLo, 50, showed off her incredible figure in shiny black leggings and a black crop top. 

She teamed it with futuristic white sneakers with a hightop, black sunglasses and a white crossbody bag. 

While the former Yankee, 44, wore a plain black tee, sweats and low-top white sneakers.
