The last has not been heard of the controversy surrounding D'banj and a lady, Seyintan, who alleged that she was raped by D'banj. Seyintan was allegedly detained by the police and was later.
In her usual way, Dr Kemi Olunloyo, a retired Pharmacist and Journalist, has said the she is ready to testify for the singer in court that the he did not have his team abduct Seyintan as alleged. This she said on her Twitter page
Dr Kemi said that she have gotten evidence from witnesses and is ready to testify in court, if subpoenaed by the court. Kemi said the case should not be let to slide and that it should go to court.
Seyintan made the accusation of rape against the popular Nigerian singer when he lent his voice to the call for prevention of sexual and emotional violence against women. Seyintan took the opportunity to allege that she was raped by D'banj in her hotel room
Going forward, Dr Kemi said that she contacted her police sources who told her that Seyintan was lying.
