Chelsea offered Douglas Costa Juventus are set to offer Douglas Costa to Chelsea in a straight swap for Jorginho, according to Sport Mediaset

It is no secret that Maurizio Sarri, who brought Jorginho to Stamford Bridge, is keen to add the Italian to his Juventus side. 

The Blues have set a €50m asking price for Jorginho, but could be tempted into a swap. Juve are reportedly preparing to offer Costa as a makeweight to seal the transfer.
