Amber Heard had threesome affair with Cara Delevingne and Elon Musk, says witness during Johnny Depp lawsuit
Johnny Depp's ex-wife Amber Heard was allegedly involved in a ménage a trois affair with Cara Delevingne and Elon Musk.
Pirates Of The Caribbean star Johnny is suing the tabloid's publisher, News Group Newspapers (NGN), and its executive editor, Dan Wootton, over an April 2018 article which referred to the 56-year-old as a "wife-beater".
The article related to allegations made against Depp by his former wife, 34-year-old Amber - which the actor strenuously denies.
The A-list actor, who married Heard in 2015, is currently seeking to submit evidence as part of his case against the publisher - which is due to be tried at the High Court in London - and both Depp and Heard have called witness' to give statements.
And now one of Amber's witness' Josh Drew - who was previously married to Amber's best friend, Raquel 'Rocky' Pennington - has told during testimony that the The Playboy Club star was allegedly involved in a three-way affair, according to reports.
Drew says in snippets of the footage, seen by MailOnline, that British model Cara, 27, American actress Amber and the CEO of SpaceX Elon, 48, allegedly got together in 2016 at Johnny's downtown LA penthouse - after he and Amber split.
During the testimony, Drew, who lived for free in one of Depp's apartments, was asked on what he knew of Amber's alleged three-way affair.
According to the outlet, attorney Benjamin Chew quizzed: "Did Rocky tell you Amber Heard was having an affair with Carla Delevingne while she was still married to Johnny Depp?"
Drew replied: "Yes, to the specific date, I can't say."
Benjamin then asks: "So they were having a three-way affair, correct?"
"My understanding, yes," Drew added.
Following the bombshell claims, the outlet was told by a source that catwalk queen Cara could be subpoenaed to give evidence.
They told: "Cara could also be compelled to give evidence - by either party,' an insider confirmed. 'It's definitely a possibility. Almost anything can happen in this case."
